As the Director of Finance, you will be the cornerstone of our company’s success, driving innovation, shaping strategy, and ensuring sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to lead the charge on transforming financial insights into impactful decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. Will also negotiate deals, model value for customers, help identify and close new partners.
- Analyze sales pipeline data to identify opportunities for improvement and forecast future revenue.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Optimize cash flow and working capital management.
- Elevate our reporting processes to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement systems and tools that make our financial operations scalable and future-ready.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Support fundraising activities, including investor presentations and due diligence. Maintain strong relationships with investors and provide regular updates on financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in finance, startups, or investment banking roles.
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
