OpenEnvoy is the Autonomous Finance platform for modern finance teams.
About the role
OpenEnvoy is scaling fast as finance teams adopt autonomous operations. AI agents now capture, code, match, and verify every transaction before money moves across AP, AR, Payments, and complex spend. This shift is redefining how modern finance teams run.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will execute and optimize the programs that bring OpenEnvoy to market. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the execution, measurement, and optimization of the growth engine that turns market momentum into durable revenue.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will personally operate both the programs and the systems behind them, ensuring campaigns launch cleanly, data is trustworthy, and performance is visible. The role is senior enough to act as a true right hand to the VP of Marketing, and practical enough to stay deeply in the execution and operations.
Why this role matters
OpenEnvoy is defining a new category in finance. Growth is not a support function here. It is how we create the market.
You will run the execution layer of our go-to-market motion, translating strategy into measurable outcomes and signaling traction to customers, leadership, and investors as the company scales across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
You will be measured on business impact, not activity.
What you’ll do
- Build and operate full-funnel programs that drive qualified demand across finance workflows
- Own performance across key channels including email, paid, search, and retargeting
- Define and run the experimentation cadence from hypothesis to insight to iteration
- Personally operate core tools and workflows to ensure campaigns, data, and reporting are accurate and reliable
- Ensure clean instrumentation, attribution, and lifecycle tracking across campaigns
- Partner with Sales to align on funnel signals and conversion quality
- Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, and Design to launch programs quickly and correctly
- Use AI-first tools to move faster, test more, and scale what works
Who you are
- A builder who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- A hands-on operator comfortable owning execution and systems, not just plans
- Data-driven, disciplined, and confident showing performance transparently
- Comfortable running across SMB volume, enterprise capture, and category creation
- Motivated by ownership, accountability, and measurable progress
Experience
- 6 to 10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech growth, performance, or revenue-facing marketing roles
- Proven track record owning execution across demand programs and the systems that power them
- Hands-on experience operating CRM-driven go-to-market motions, including lifecycle tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement
- Direct experience operating Zoho CRM in a B2B environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into launched programs and measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working directly in core tools and workflows to ensure data quality, reliable reporting, and operational integrity
- Experience balancing speed and rigor in fast-moving environments with imperfect information
- Strong analytical instincts and confidence making decisions based on signal, not noise
