Your work will:

  • Establish a single source of truth across Marketing, Sales, and Finance
  • Enable consistent forecasting and board-level visibility
  • Ensure GTM execution scales cleanly, without noise or rework
  • Support leadership decisions with reliable, timely data

What You’ll Do

Revenue System Ownership

  • Own CRM architecture and funnel governance in Zoho
  • Define and enforce lifecycle stages from MQL through Closed Won
  • Establish and maintain SLAs across Marketing and Sales
  • Ensure consistent definitions, fields, and workflows across teams
  • Identify and resolve brittle or ambiguous workflows as part of building a scalable revenue system

Reporting, Forecasting, and Insight

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and forecasts
  • Own the reporting cadence for leadership and board preparation
  • Partner with Marketing on ARR, CAC, payback, and cohort analysis
  • Ensure attribution and ROI reporting accurately reflects GTM execution

Automation and Data Integrity

  • Maintain high standards for data hygiene, validation, and deduplication
  • Integrate CRM with marketing, billing, and analytics platforms
  • Design and manage automation to reduce manual work and errors
  • Ensure reliable data synchronization across systems

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Marketing Ops to support lead scoring, lifecycle tracking, and funnel visibility
  • Support Sales with clean pipeline views and forecasting discipline
  • Act as the connective tissue between GTM execution and leadership insight

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to design, operate, and scale end-to-end revenue systems
  • Fluency in core revenue and finance metrics including ARR, CAC, payback, and cohort analysis
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting in Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance
  • Bias toward automation, clarity, and long-term system health
