About the role
OpenEnvoy is scaling fast as finance teams embrace autonomous operations. Companies now rely on AI agents to capture, code, match, and verify every transaction before money moves — across AP, AR, Treasury, and complex spend. This shift is redefining how modern finance teams run.
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will execute and optimize the programs that bring OpenEnvoy to market. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the levers that shape how companies discover, evaluate, and adopt Autonomous Finance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to scale a category from the ground up without owning the category strategy itself.
Why this role matters.
OpenEnvoy is defining a new category in finance. Growth is not a support function here, it is how we create the market. You will design the paths that move prospects from first awareness to internal champions and committed adopters. You will open new verticals to Autonomous Finance and accelerate adoption across SMB, midmarket and enterprise teams.
You will build and operate the growth engine for OpenEnvoy. You will own the full funnel from awareness to SQL, drive our experimentation rhythm, and partner with Marketing Ops and Design to launch high-performing programs at speed. Your work will translate GTM strategy into repeatable revenue and make our autonomous AI agents impossible to ignore.

What you'll do
- Build and manage full-funnel programs that drive qualified demand across AP, AR, payments, and finance workflows
- Own channel performance and define the experimentation roadmap
- Lead our approach to AEO, SEO, paid search, retargeting, and multi-touch testing
- Work closely with Product and PMM to bring new capabilities to market
- Partner with Sales to identify the signals that lead to pipeline and revenue
- Develop vertical-based strategies for industries like food and beverage, manufacturing, media, logistics, and distribution
- Use AI-first tools to work faster, test ideas, and scale what works
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing and act as a strategic thought partner

- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech growth marketing is a strong plus
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
