We're also excited to roll out several product updates, including new ERP integrations, enhancements to our cash application, and features designed to improve workflow efficiency. Here’s what’s new:

Expanded ERP integrations

Seamless integrations are at the heart of our automation capabilities. This month, we’ve added support for:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials – OpenEnvoy now integrates with Oracle Fusion Financials, enabling a smoother AP automation experience. 
  • Trimble Vista – Our new integration with Trimble Vista makes it easier for construction and manufacturing businesses to streamline invoice processing.
  • ERP SFTP Integrations – We’ve expanded our secure file transfer (SFTP) capabilities, allowing broader ERP connectivity for seamless automation.

Cash Application 1.0

Our AI-powered Cash Application solution is officially launched, helping finance teams automate and accelerate cash reconciliation with ease. The OpenEnvoy Cash Application offers:

  • AI-driven auto-matching with 60%+ accuracy, improving over time.
  • Multi-bank and ERP integrations, including CITI, HDFC, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Manual cash application for exceptions, ensuring human oversight where needed.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) for improved security and workflow management.

Enhanced Validations

Finance teams now have greater control over how invoices are checked and what happens when certain conditions are met. With this feature, users can set specific validation rules—like verifying payment terms, currency, vendor site, or PO number—and define custom status outcomes when validations fail. These statuses can then be used to trigger automated actions through OpenEnvoy’s Workflows, reducing manual effort, accelerating processing, and ensuring policy compliance from the start. Capabilities include: 

  • Customizable validation rules – Configure invoice checks that align with your organization’s policies to catch errors early and prevent downstream issues. Proactive
  • Exception handling – Surface and categorize issues automatically, allowing teams to stay focused on high-priority tasks instead of chasing exceptions.
  • Tariff and compliance validations – Classify, label, and report tariffs accurately while streamlining government filing requirements. Minimize risk from tariff volatility by enforcing controls early in the invoice process.
